Paper Folding Machine Customization

Start with the paper and the finished piece. Our engineering team helps you select a machine, confirm the folding configuration and agree how it fits into your production line.

Configuration review

Build the configuration around your job.

A different sheet, fold or delivery requirement can change the equipment you need. We review these choices together before confirming the specification.

01

Machine & feeding system

Select the machine platform and feeding arrangement for your sheet dimensions, stock, batch size and production requirement.

02

Folding stages

Review buckle-plate configurations, additional folding units and the finished panel dimensions. Confirm the fold on the proposed configuration.

03

Delivery & downstream equipment

Review stacking, pressing and knife-folding requirements, including the connection to your next production stage.

04

Detection & installation requirements

Discuss detection options, available floor space, electrical requirements and machine interfaces. Availability is confirmed for the selected model.

Before the proposal

What we need to review your project.

A folded sample or a dimensioned drawing is often the clearest starting point. Include the information below when you contact the engineering team.

Discuss your project
Paper stock
Unfolded sheet size, weight in gsm, coating and grain direction where known.
Finished piece
Fold pattern, finished dimensions, panel sizes and a sample or drawing.
Production requirement
Target output, batch size, changeover frequency and acceptable fold tolerances.
Production line
Standalone or inline operation, upstream and downstream equipment, and delivery requirements.
Installation conditions
Available space, electrical supply and destination country or region.
Project materials
Email drawings or photographs; agree the sample-paper quantity and shipping arrangements before sending physical material.

Project workflow

From requirements to a confirmed machine.

The proposal, sample and agreed specification guide the work through manufacturing and handover.

  1. 01

    Requirement consultation

Share the sheet, finished piece and production target so we can identify a suitable platform.

  2. 02

    Proposal & sample confirmation

Review the proposed configuration and quotation. Arrange a sample run to confirm the stock and fold.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing

Build the equipment against the confirmed configuration and project specification.

  4. 04

    Pre-shipment verification

Review the machine setup and test results. A video check can be arranged before delivery.

  5. 05

    Packing & shipping

Agree export packing, shipping arrangements and the information required for delivery.

  6. 06

    Installation & handover

Confirm installation, commissioning, operator training and after-sales arrangements for the project.

The production speed, fold range and available options depend on the selected model, configuration and paper stock. Confirm them through the project specification and sample test.

Common questions

Before you confirm the machine.

Can you test my paper before I order?

Yes. A sample run is available before order placement. Share the stock, fold diagram and finished dimensions first so the team can agree the test and sample-shipping arrangements.

Can every model produce every fold pattern?

No. The achievable fold depends on the machine, plate configuration, subsequent folding units and stock. Use the fold library as a visual reference, then confirm the proposed job with the engineering team.

Can the machine connect to my existing production line?

Share the upstream and downstream machines, sheet transfer, finished format, available space and required output. The team will review the interfaces and confirm a suitable arrangement in the proposal.

How are delivery time and service arrangements confirmed?

Manufacturing lead time, shipping, commissioning and any on-site service arrangements are confirmed for the configuration and destination in the quotation and agreed order documentation.
