The T490 Semi-Automatic Paper Folding Machine is a commercial-grade buckle folder engineered for high-efficiency post-press finishing. With a maximum sheet width of 490mm and operating speeds up to 180m/min, it handles 28–200gsm paper stocks and supports versatile fold patterns including parallel fold, cross fold, gate fold and accordion fold.
Equipped with an automatic suction feeder, double-sheet detection and an optimized anti-jam paper path, it ensures stable uninterrupted production with minimal manual intervention. Patient information leaflets must fit the carton while retaining readable multi-panel copy. Miniature sheet handling, repeatable fold position and counted delivery are the main production checks.
