Pharmaceutical packaging
Our pharmaceutical leaflet folding line operates on the high-precision buckle folding principle. Sheets are fed via a vacuum suction system with precise registration, then pass through multiple sequential folding units to complete various fold patterns with consistent crease quality.
The line can be seamlessly integrated with parallel cutters, flattening presses, labelers and vertical stackers to form a fully automated end-to-end production workflow. Equipped with CCD vision inspection, automatic waste rejection and double-sheet detection, it supports all standard pharmaceutical leaflet fold styles and integrates effortlessly with upstream and downstream pharmaceutical packaging lines.
