The 8+6 Buckle Plates Automatic Paper Folding Machine is a highly versatile buckle folding system purpose-built for complex multi-fold post-press finishing.
With 8 buckle plates on the first folding station and 6 on the second, it supports an extensive range of fold configurations — including parallel fold, gate fold, accordion fold, cross fold and custom multi-panel layouts — to accommodate even intricate leaflet, brochure and insert designs.
Engineered for efficient commercial production, it processes sheets up to 600×1000mm and 35–200gsm paper stocks at speeds up to 180m/min. Its 750mm high-capacity paper pile extends uninterrupted run times, while a robust suction feeder, double-sheet detection and optimized anti-jam paper path ensure steady feeding and precise fold registration with minimal downtime.
PLC-controlled with stepless speed adjustment, the machine delivers consistent, repeatable fold quality for high-volume runs. Optional equipment such as independent knife units, vertical stackers and CCD vision inspection systems can be added to build a tailored finishing line.

Carton inserts and promotional leaflets are folded to a finished size that downstream equipment can pick up consistently. Square edges and flat stacks may be needed for automatic packing.
