Built with a modular 6+4 buckle plate configuration across two folding stations, it supports a comprehensive range of fold patterns including parallel fold, cross fold, accordion fold, gate fold and letter fold, enabling flexible multi-panel layouts to meet diverse booklet and promotional design requirements. It processes 35–200gsm paper stocks from 60×100mm up to 600×1000mm at a top speed of 180m/min, delivering precise fold registration and sharp, uniform creases for consistent, professional print finishing quality.

Equipped with a high-performance suction feeder, double-sheet detection and an optimized anti-jam paper path, it ensures stable uninterrupted feeding with a 750mm maximum paper pile height, reducing frequent reloading downtime and minimizing manual intervention. Controlled by a PLC system with stepless speed adjustment, it allows quick job changeover and flexible setup for different production specifications.

Optional configurations including independent knife units, vertical stackers and CCD vision inspection systems are available to build a customized finishing line.
