High-precision entry-level buckle folder for small-format jobs. Delivers consistent fold accuracy for miniature printed sheets, with quick changeover for small-batch production. Ideal for pharmaceutical inserts, mini leaflets and small flyers; supports accordion, parallel, half, double parallel and cross folds.
Sheets run from 60 × 100 mm up to 490 × 1000 mm, at 180 m/min with a 550 mm pile, 32 mm folding rollers and a 20 mm minimum buckle fold. Creasing pressure is adjustable across the paper weight range, and the folding section is designed for miniature light-weight leaflets and brochures.
Typical configuration: 10+4 or 12+6 buckle plates with the automatic sheet feeder, and a belt delivery or a vertical stacker where folded panels are small enough to need one. 3.5 kW at 380 V; 4650 × 1100 × 1500 mm; 990 kg.

T520 A flexible medium-small folder purpose-built for pharmaceutical leaflets and mixed print production. Fully inline compatible with a flattening press, parallel cutter, labelling machine, hot-melt gluing machine and vertical stacker.

Patient information leaflets must fit the carton while retaining readable multi-panel copy. Miniature sheet handling, repeatable fold position and counted delivery are the main production checks.
The T490 and T520 cover leaflet folding; the SD-X250 can trim or slit a finished leaflet when the cut edge is part of the job. Confirm the pattern on the actual stock before specifying the line.
