The T600 Series Automatic Paper Folding Machine is a versatile wide-format buckle folder designed for high-efficiency commercial post-press finishing.
With a maximum sheet size of 600×1000mm and a 750mm maximum paper pile height, it extends uninterrupted production runtime and reduces frequent paper reloading, delivering speeds up to 180m/min across 35–200gsm paper stocks. Featuring a robust suction feeder system, anti-jam sheet path and double-sheet detection, it ensures stable paper feeding and precise fold registration for consistent output quality.
PLC-controlled with flexible speed adjustment, it supports a full range of fold patterns including parallel fold, cross fold, gate fold and accordion fold, adapting to diverse products from advertising flyers, brochures and instruction manuals to pharmaceutical package inserts.
