The T780 Industrial Paper Folding Machine is a heavy-duty wide-format buckle folder purpose-built for demanding industrial post-press and packaging converting operations.
Delivering a top running speed of 210m/min and supporting sheet sizes from 150×150mm up to 780×1200mm, it handles 40–210gsm paper and light card stocks with a minimum fold width of 45mm, covering a broad range of industrial folding applications. Its 750mm maximum paper pile height extends uninterrupted production runs and reduces frequent reloading, while a high-performance suction feeder, double-sheet detection and optimized anti-jam paper path ensure stable, consistent feeding with minimal manual intervention.
Equipped with a PLC control system for stepless speed adjustment and precision fold registration, the T780 supports versatile fold patterns including parallel fold, cross fold, gate fold and accordion fold, making it suitable for large brochures, packaging inserts, instruction manuals and poster folding.
