The company displayed its multi-buckle high-speed folding machine series, engineered for high-volume production of brochures, product catalogs, advertising flyers and instruction sheets. With operating speeds up to 210m/min and support for a full range of fold patterns including parallel fold, accordion fold, cross fold, gate fold and letter fold, the systems deliver reliable, production-grade output for large printing houses and publishing facilities.
2. Pharmaceutical Packaging Folding Production Line
As a major highlight of the booth, SPEED Machinery showcased its dedicated pharmaceutical leaflet folding machine line and integrated packaging folding production lines. Built to cGMP-aligned production standards, the systems feature integrated double sheet detection and waste rejection technology, and support full inline integration with downstream equipment including pressing units, parallel knife folders, labelers, hot melt gluers and vertical stackers. These solutions are purpose-built for pharmaceutical manufacturers and contract packaging organizations (CPOs) requiring regulatory-compliant production of patient information leaflets (PILs), medication guides and carton box inserts.

For oversized printed materials such as posters, maps and large-format catalogs, the company presented its wide-format folding equipment with a maximum processing size of 780×1200mm, addressing diversified special folding requirements across multiple industry verticals.
